  Cast your eye over our super simple membership agreements, sign on the dotted line and we'll take care of the rest.

• Move In
  With as little as 24 hours notice, we can have your team moved in and ready to go, including access to our members portal, giving you access to book meeting rooms and sign up for events.

• What’s included in the price? Our pricing is all inclusive, so as well as access to your own private office space, your price includes business rates, utilities, cleaning, tea and coffee, a program of professional and social events for your team, and (all importantly), Cake on a Wednesday and a Drinks Trolley on a Friday.
• Can I customise my office? Yes - we have a range of office customisation options you can choose from, including your logo on the wall, to your own phone booths in office.

Why choose a flexible office to rent in London?
Because the way people work has changed, and your office should reflect that. A flexible office means you're not gambling on how much space you'll need in three years' time. You can start small, grow into a bigger space, or adjust if things change - all without penalty or the cost of breaking a lease.
